Group description
Anthropology, Diversity and Integration is a group of researchers in Social Anthropology who work to understand diversity and promote social integration. Our work deal with:
- Sexualities and LGBTIQ+
- Sexual diversity at education and working places (homophobia and transphobia)
- Kinship, genetics, ancestry, gamete donation and new forms of family
- Masculinities
- Conservative movements against women's and LGBT rights ("Gender Ideology" discourses)
- Religions and gender
- Religious diversity in the public space
- Gender and health.
- Spirituality and alternative therapies
Regarding these topics, we do research and organize scientific events such as conferences and seminars for researchers, students, professionals and for everyone interested in analyzing and discussing diversity and coexistence.
